Welcome to LT Pitching - serving Pennsylvania
with softball pitching instruction.

Whether you are an entry-level pitcher never having pitched before or an advanced high school or college pitcher looking to improve your pitches and mental toughness, lessons are right for you!

LT Pitching has been operating for 5 years, founded by Laura Themens. Laura is a WC East alumni (1999) and was a 4 year varsity starter and captain. Her Junior and Senior year she was awarded "All Chesmont" honors.

A 2003 graduate with a degree in kinesiology, Themens was a member of the West Chester University Athletic Director's Academic Honor Roll and served on the athletic advisory board. While at West Chester she completed a four year career as the Golden Rams starting pitcher and captain. Themens is still ranked among the Top 10 pitchers is West Chester University history. She completed her career by allowing just 1.74 walks per seven innings, while she struck out 2.72 per seven innings during her tenure. Themens finished up with 86 strikeouts, 221.1 innings pitched and 21 complete games to rank eighth all-time in all five categories. Her 58 appearances ranks as the sixth-most in team history.

LTPitching was established in 2003 to teach girls the mechanics and mental aspects of pitching. In the 2004 season Laura worked with over 70 pitchers both individually and in group settings, this number continues to grow each year. In 2006 Laura took the assistant coaching position at WCU to work with their 4 pitchers while holding semi private, private, and group lessons. 2007 was filled with over 300 lessons teaching more than 40 girls individually and over 70 different girls through league, travel ball and team group lessons allowing the pitchers to move from entry level to advanced levels of pitching as well as 2 summer camps. LT Pitching has also held team lessons, clinics, and opening day ceremonies for the Chaos 11U, 12U, 14U and 18U, Vipers 16U teams as well as West Side, East Side, Exton, Devon Strafford, Great Valley and Upper Providence Little Leagues.
